At The Palestinian Store, we believe that even small steps can make a big difference.
I have long felt that I personally am not doing enough for the people of Gaza, and I have felt bad about that for a long time. I have shared posts and posted on Instagram, but I have always felt that it had only a minimal effect. That is why I chose to start this project not so long ago in the hope of making a bigger difference than I am doing today.
We at The Palestinian Store have found some exciting and beautiful products that we want to share here in Denmark. We donate half of all profits directly to Doctors Without Borders, so that help can reach those who need it most.
My motivation comes from my family's history. My grandparents and parents have often told me about how they were welcomed in Denmark with open arms, and how kindness and support from people they didn't know made a big difference in their lives. Those experiences have always been a part of my upbringing and have taught me the value of reaching out. That's why I feel that today I must do my part to reach out to people in Gaza who are struggling to survive every single day.
Our mission
At The Palestinian Store, it's not just about products. For us, it's about visibility, community and action. When you wear the Palestinian colors or our merchandise, you show solidarity with a people who have lived with war, fear and hunger for decades.
We want to make a real difference here and now. That's why half of all profits go directly to Doctors Without Borders , who work every day in the midst of disasters to save lives with medicine, food and medical care. Our goal is to donate one million kroner to the Palestinian people.
Help for those who need it most
The situation in Gaza is critical. Famine is already a reality in Gaza City, and children are the most vulnerable. Babies are being admitted with bodies so weakened that they don't even have the strength to cry. Many mothers can no longer breastfeed because they are starving themselves. Without immediate help, more children will die before they can grow up.
When you shop with us, you help in two ways. You help create visibility for Palestine, and you provide vital support to children and families struggling to survive – with food, medicine and medical care.
A community with meaning
At The Palestinian Store, you are not just a customer. You become part of a community with a purpose. When you buy a flag, a shirt or another product from the shop, you carry a symbol of solidarity and hope. At the same time, you send a concrete helping hand to people who need it most right now.
We know that we can't change everything alone. But together we can do more than we think.
