2.1 All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

2.2 You can pay with the payment methods shown on the website (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, etc.).

2.3 The amount will only be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped.

3.1 We deliver to all of Denmark. Delivery time is normally 8-10 business days.

3.2 Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free shipping is offered during special promotions.

3.3 If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Right of withdrawal

4.1 As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods.

4.2 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us an email at kontakt@thepalestinianstore.dk with your order number.

4.3 The item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as you received it.

4.4 We will pay the return shipping. The amount will be refunded within 14 days after we have received the goods.

5.1 You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act.

5.2 If there are errors or deficiencies in the product, you must contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@thepalestinianstore.dk.

5.3 If the complaint is approved, we will refund the shipping costs, and you can choose between repair, exchange or refund.

6.1 We only collect and process the personal data that is necessary to deliver your goods and provide good customer service.

6.2 All information is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.
