2. Order and Payment

2.1 All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

2.2 You can pay with the payment methods displayed on the website (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, etc.).

2.3 The amount will not be debited from your account until the item is shipped.

3. Delivery

3.1 We deliver throughout Denmark. Delivery time is normally 10-15 business days.

3.2 Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free shipping is offered during special campaigns.

3.3 If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

4.2 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email at kontakt@thepalestinianstore.dk with your order number.

4.3 The item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as you received it.

4.4 We will cover the return shipping cost. The amount will be refunded within 10 days of us receiving the item.

5. Complaints

5.1 You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

5.2 If there are errors or defects in the item, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@thepalestinianstore.dk.

5.3 In the event of an approved complaint, we will refund the shipping costs, and you can choose between repair, exchange, or refund.
